I became a Christian at the age of 16 and have been working in Youth Ministry for most of my Christian life. I attended the New Testament Church of God, where I held a variety of youth-oriented posts. Over my many years of youth work I have been known for one of my most repeated phrases which is “I want to see young people grow into a relationship with God and become all that God wants them to be” and that is my desire and prayer for the children and young people here at Elmfield.
Previously I worked for the Press Association as an IT support team leader; a job that I loved and enjoyed. Leaving my job to work as Youth Pastor at Elmfield was both an exciting and nerve-wracking decision for me – and one of the biggest steps of faith I have made so far!
I am married to Michelle, and we have been blessed with a beautiful son called Kai. We enjoy ‘growing together and looking forward to what life brings.’

I had the privilege of being raised in a Christian home and decided to make the personal decision to follow Jesus when I was 12 years old.
I have lived in Rayners Lane since getting married in 1999 and shortly after, joined Elmfield Church.
I am married to Tony, and we have 2 children.
I worked for Barclays Bank for over 20 years but now spend my time doing voluntary work for a local primary school and helping at Elmfield Church, mainly as part of the Children and Youth Team.
God has blessed me in so many ways, and my desire is that, with His help, I can be a blessing to all those I come in contact with.

Church – came to faith through attendance at an Elmfield youth group co-run by my sister-in-law. Went on to help lead the children’s work for a number of years.
Family – Met Phil (a friend of my brother) at church. He finally came to his senses, and we’ve now been married for over 20 years. (Phil says you get less for murder!) We have a son and a daughter.
Job – working in a Harrow Primary School Office where I attended school as a child. Am fortunate to enjoy my employment!
Hobbies – Usually too busy for these although I enjoy playing the piano to relax (not sure ‘eating chocolate’ can be classed as a hobby!)
Holidays – Favourite place is Switzerland. Would like to venture further afield, but not so keen on the journey. Maybe if technology advances to the stage where I can be ‘beamed’ there (as in Star Trek)?
